The difference between '까지, 도'(even) and '마저, 조차'(even) is that '마저, 조차' are used only when you feel unhappy or unsatisfied about adding one more element.
'마저' and '조차' are interchangeable in most of situations. Still, they have a subtle difference. '마저' conveys the sense of ‘one final thing’, '조차' implies ‘even the minimum’ or ‘at the very least’.
